I believe that yoga can foundationally shift one's relationship with oneself and the world at large. On the mat, I seek to cultivate greater internal awareness and stillness through movement, connecting breath and movement to mind and body. My long-standing weightlifting practice and knowledge of anatomy allow me to refine queues for different bodies and abilities, making classes accessible for multiple levels. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2023 with Soma Institute and a 50 hour Yin Training in 2024 with Katarina Svabcikova at Cityoga.
