Jill Zimmermann is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. A wellness practitioner for over 25 years, Jill approaches health through movement, habit building, restorative practices, energy work, nutrition and reconnection to nature. Her mission is to support and empower her clients as they discover their unique path to wellness. Movement is part of her medicine. She has studied various yoga traditions including Svaroopa, Lokananda, Kripalu, TKYM, and Let Your Yoga Dance. Jill is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and personal trainer. She teaches functional strength, eastern arts, corrective exercises and more. Jill uses deep listening, hands on touch, and science-based knowledge to co-create customized programs with her clients that lead to lasting lifestyle changes. As a guide she acts with empathy, encouragement and humor to help others on the path of transformation. Jill combines education, energy work and intuitive consultation to craft unique wellness offerings.
