My journey with yoga began over 24 years, and as both a breast cancer survivor and the survivor of physical trauma I know how important the various aspects of the practice can be! From staying fit to finding your Dharma, it has it all. Yoga is resilience. It is acceptance. It is finding your place and finding peace. While I will forever be a novice, I am a lifelong learner with a hungry beginner's mind. My interests include restorative yoga, guided visualization, yoga for mobility, yoga to support lymphatics, and accessible yoga for "every" body. It is my greatest joy to be a facilitator for others as they develop their own practice.
