Yoga teaches me how to live a beautiful life. My selfpractice, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, has helped me to overcome many challenges in both body and mind. My motivation for pass on my experiences, is to help others find and nurture THEIR inner sparkl too.
I teach Ashtanga primary series and Aerialyoga. I also do mindful led classes like "Get flexible and strong in body and mind with yoga" often this will lead up to a peakpose.
My strenght is to give variations in my students yogapractice so the body and mind can relax, adapt and open to receive stillness from within, behind the disturbances of the mind.
I´m passionate about making people feel safe and seen in my yogaspace.
