Christina McDonald is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, recognized for completing her training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is also a Reiki Master and BroadwayWorld-nominated choreographer who believes in the transformative power of movement to restore balance—both on and off the mat.
With a B.A. in Dance and a professional teaching career that began in the 1990s, Christina blends artistic expression with mindful practice to help students reconnect with their inner strength and discover their personal center of balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
In addition to teaching yoga, Christina is a sought-after choreographer, actress, and dance instructor at Studio Z. She has choreographed for high school and community theatre productions and has taught on the collegiate level, continuing to inspire students of all ages through movement and performance.
Christina’s yoga classes are rooted in the belief that balance extends beyond the body. Through intentional movement, alignment, and breathwork, she creates space for students to cultivate harmony in their lives and find steadiness at their center.
