Greg (he/him) has been practicing yoga for 16 years and completed teacher training from Om Land Yoga in 2023, where he now teaches.
As a yoga teacher, he seeks to assist others to discover a deeper awareness of the body and its sensations, and develop a heightened sense of mindfulness and presence. By sharing his practice, he hopes to guide others to greater physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Outside of yoga, he finds joy in building community and nurturing the connections between ecology, culture, and spirituality.
