Jenna Tomasello (RYT 200) honors yoga as a physical practice and a source of mental and emotional support. With deep reverence for yoga’s history and philosophy, she constantly seeks to expand her knowledge of this ancient discipline. Inspired by her yoga journey, Jenna skillfully combines the teachings and practices of Bikram yoga with Hatha yoga, creating a unique and engaging experience for students. In her classes, Jenna challenges students physically while respecting their limitations, designing creative sequences that promote growth and progress. With enthusiasm and can-do optimism, she wholeheartedly believes in everyone’s capacity to explore and expand their boundaries. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, Jenna’s classes provide a safe and inclusive space for personal growth. Through a holistic approach, she empowers students to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance on and off the mat.

Jenna lives in Washington, DC, and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Lighthouse Yoga Center in 2023.
