Emily Sainz is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She was convinced to attend her first yoga class by a friend in early 2012, and has been convincing others to join her in class ever since. After nearly a decade of practice, she received her RYT 200 hour certification from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center. Emily enjoys bringing vibrancy and excitement to her teaching, and believes that yoga can be a source of self discovery, compassion and healing for all. After many years as a competitive swimmer, and current outdoors enthusiast, Emily finds balance and stillness through her practice, and looks to bring that same sense of intention to her students through Gentle, Yin and Restorative yoga practices. When not in class, you can find Emily out for a hike, enjoying a good book, or experimenting with a new recipe.
