Olivia was brought to yoga out of curiosity and a love for movement and in turn found a deeper connection to her body, her mind and herself. Upon practicing for 10 years, she found her way to Healium and Heart’s 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training program out of a desire for a greater understanding of the tradition of yoga. Olivia’s classes are led from the heart and explore introspection, the breath and the subtle energies of the body through strength and alignment. You can expect to leave her class feeling balanced and deeply connected to the mind and body.
