Sarah Chapman has been practicing yoga for 17 years and recently started teaching yoga after a career change by completing her 200 hr YTT. With experience in Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Trauma Informed Flow styles Sarah aims to create a safe environment to learn, to grow, and to find joy together. In her free time Sarah enjoys hiking the beautiful mountains of Colorado with her family and spending time with her two cats Bubba and Chameleon.
