Hannah is a yoga teacher and lifelong student of mindful movement. She has been practicing yoga since 2014, and completed her 200-hour training in 2023. Currently, she is deepening her studies through a 300-hour program, working toward her 500-hour certification.
With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Functional Aging Specialist, and Reiki practitioner, Hannah brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to her teaching. Her classes blend breath work, gentle strength, joint mobility, and moments of stillness—inviting students to move with intention and tune into their own bodies. She encourages curiosity, compassion, and presence in every practice. Her hope is that each class feels like a supportive space to come home to yourself.
