A yoga class with Paul Webb is an opportunity to explore your inner landscape. Using the breath to initiate and guide movements, you are invited to be mindful as you move your body through space, to notice sensations, to be aware of thoughts and reactions to poses, and to relax into the openings created through the practice. Ultimately the practice leaves you invigorated, restored, and with new insights into who you truly are.
Paul draws on a variety of traditions which inform his teaching. Responding to the energy and needs of his students, Paul weaves together a series of practices and poses that lead students through centering, breath work, warm-ups, flowing movements, and longer holds, before cooling down and finally experiencing a period of deep relaxation. This process stirs up the energy of the body and then allows the energy an opportunity to move and work within the individual.
