Yoga has been part of my life for many years, but it was my decision to pursue teacher training that truly deepened my connection to the practice. This journey has been transformative—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With time, I’ve come to appreciate how essential yoga becomes as we grow older—especially for women. It offers not just flexibility and strength, but space to listen, heal, and evolve with grace. Through teaching, I hope to share this wisdom and support others on their own journey of transformation.
