Steve first stumbled upon yoga at a BJJ gym in 2018. He thought it was a nice way to chill out after sparring sessions. After accumulating a few injuries he reluctantly said goodbye to BJJ and yoga went with it. Fast forward a couple years and whaddya know - yoga reappeared in Steve’s life. He was in a rut. Changes were needed. As he went in search of answers he discovered that his yoga mat offered a protective bubble of space and time to move the body and center the mind. Now, Steve is a curious person and that comes with an insatiable appetite for knowledge. On his quest to consume as much information about yoga as possible, he discovered a rich tradition of philosophy and practice that tackled some of life’s biggest questions and challenges. He realized that Yoga offers a path to healing, growth, and wholeness. The best part? It can be experienced rather than just known! The benefits of his practice have been abundant and Steve is honored to have a chance to turn around and offer this gift to others. He teaches from a space of deep gratitude and respect for the traditions and for those individuals that have carried them forward.
