Nicole brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to her teaching, combining her deep understanding of psychology with her passion for yoga. With an Associate’s degree in Psychology, she integrates mindfulness, emotional awareness, and mental well-being into her classes, creating a holistic approach to practice. Nicole is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, having completed her foundational 200-hour teacher training with renowned teacher Jhon T, followed by an advanced 300-hour teacher training in the birthplace of yoga – Rishikesh, India. These transformative experiences have deeply enriched her personal and teaching practice.
In addition to her formal training, Nicole holds a certification in Yin Yoga from Yoga Renew, adding a restorative element to her teaching. Her commitment to mindfulness and self-awareness also led her to complete a Vipassana meditation retreat, where she further cultivated her understanding of presence, stillness, and inner peace.
Nicole’s classes are grounded in intention, compassion, and self-discovery. Whether leading dynamic Vinyasa flows or nurturing restorative Yin sessions, she is dedicated to guiding her students toward physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
