I’m a therapeutic yoga teacher with over 4,000 hours devoted to my yoga practice. I'm currently working on my 500-hour teacher training and hold certificates in Yoga for Mental Health and Wellness, Myofascial Release, Yoga for Spine Health, and Yoga for Hip Health through Yoga Medicine. In addition to teaching traditional hatha vinyasa and gentle/yin yoga classes, I offer one-on-one privates and love to work in clinical settings teaching yoga and mindfulness.
