Monica K. Devlin (she/her) has practiced Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga regularly since the early 2000s - at first for a college P.E. credit, but returning to the mat again and again to enjoy mind-body-breath connection and intuitive movement.
Connecting passions of teaching, learning, and holistic well-being, Monica earned her M.A. in Education Policy and Leadership from Stanford University, and completed 200-hour Yoga teacher training in 2022. Outside of her yoga practice, Monica works in employee well-being strategy and loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and three dogs. She also volunteers as a mentor to young professionals and facilitates Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) trainings for suicide prevention.
