Jill Patterson teaches weekly classes in North London and in Borough at studios, community centres, charities and workplaces online, as well as on 3Tribes 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
She specialises in Yin yoga and trauma-informed practice, and delivers workshops with live sound including Himalayan Singing Bowls, gong, chanting and deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra and meditation.
Jill seeks to empower students through choice, exploration and discernment. She aims to provide an inclusive space for anyone who would like to develop a kinder relationship towards themselves and others through yoga practice.
She is available for private bookings for groups, retreats and one to one.
