Shari Berry is an RYT 500 yoga teacher with a strong foundation in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin practices. Whether you are a new student or with years of experience, her classes focus on improving breath control, mindfully exploring, and challenging our edges and creating meditative movement to support healthy mind and body longevity.
