I believe that practice of yoga is the practice of inner listening, while in poses or in meditation, as well as in everyday life. Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience your truth.
I practice and teach variety of styles. From energetic Vinyasa flows to Gentle and Restorative. I love teaching Chair Yoga and working with people at later stages of life with mobility challenges. I also absolutely adore Angela Farmer's inspired flows and how freeing it feels.
All of us are different in our yoga journeys as well as many challenges of life, my favorite way to help people is creating personalized asana/pranayama and meditation sequence based on individual needs.
