Jilly Edmundson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Jilly's yoga journey began in 2000, during a most challenging time and attests that yoga is a most supportive practice for a joyful life.
In addition, Jilly is YCEP, providing ONLINE courses in mindfulness. These course include mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness teacher training. Jilly has been practicing mindfulness since her undergrad in 2008, ( the Kabat Zinn method), as this was part of her course and quite new in the UK at the time. Since then, Jilly continued her practice and research on mindfulness, during her MSc in psychology. Jilly's dissertation was a primary study on mindfulness.
Jilly's other relevant qualifications and experience include: BSc with honours in Complementary Medicine and Social Sciences ( University of Salford, UK). Professional certificate in Education (Further Education), ( University of Lancaster, UK).
