Gabi discovered yoga in 2018 and credits her practice for physically challenging her, but also for mentally helping her through life's challenges. With a childhood background of gymnastics and cheerleading aerial yoga was what compelled her into trying yoga for the first time. With an ever-changing schedule, aerial classes were not always the most accessible, so she took a try at hot vinyasa classes. The physical practice came naturally to her, and quickly became something she loved. The mental stability wasn't something Gabi was aware that she would gain from practicing yoga but is something she is deeply grateful for and continues to learn and practice on and off the mat.

In 2019 Gabi completed aerial teacher training hosted by AerialKim, and then in August 2021 she enrolled in the 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Centric. In which she graduated from in March 2022. In June 2024 Gabi completed the 20-hour Inclusive Children's Yoga Teacher Training Program with Therefore I Learn. Working a desk job in health care since 2015 yoga has taught Gabi powerful techniques and lessons that she carries with her from her yoga mat not only to work but also, to her day-to-day life.

As Gabi's teaching career evolves, she aspires to teach her students young and old practices that they too can apply to their daily lives! She hopes to open a door to a place that each student feels comfortable and empowered to explore their body, mind, and soul in a way that fits their personal needs and beliefs while having fun. When Gabi isn't doing yoga, you can find her soaking up the sun outdoors, enjoying local breweries with her husband and their dog Hennessey, hanging out with friends and family, or reading a good book!
