"I started practicing Yoga over 24 years ago. It was a practice created by the need to learn how to breathe. I had anxiety and found Yoga to be a path to calming my mind as well as my body and easing my overall anxious state. It was after making this connection in my daily practice that I began to think about taking a teacher training program. Initially my only thought was to be a better student, not a teacher. However, the more I grew in my own Yoga studies, the more I wanted to share the great benefits I was experiencing mentally, physically, and spiritually."
