I am a 500 hrs RYT, teaching Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga for 9 years already. I recently also started teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Inspired Yoga Classes after finishing my 300 hours in Nepal.
In 2021 I started Solace & Serenity, a place to find balance & awareness. Through yoga, breathing and pranayama techniques, meditation, and personal coaching, I help you to connect with yourself, cultivating a deeper sense of inner peace and clarity.
