Olympia Vellou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Olympia Vellou has born and lives in Athens Greece. She used to be a ballet dancer and then came yoga in her life. That changed everything. She is practicing more then 15 years. She is teaching many style of yoga like Hatha yoga - Vinyasa Yoga - Ashtanga Yoga - Yin Yoga -Meditation - Pranayama - Yoga with equipment (blocks- stick-ball-chair-wheel) - Yoga Therapy - Prenatal Yoga . Yoga has transform her life and she wish to do the same to the people who will join her. Her vision is her students eventually become happy, satisfy, fearless, proud for themselves and leave bad things behind because new amazing things are coming!
