Nicole Cantin, a former personal trainer and graduate as a Health Fitness Specialist, teaches a variety of yoga styles, to help individuals meet safe, yet effective goals to all abilities. Certified by Yoga Alliance as an experienced 200 HR yoga teacher and continuing education provider, Ms. Cantin adjusts her classes and workshops to the needs and desires of participants to offer a customized experienced while learning the healing benefits of the yoga practice. The benefits of yoga include stress management, mind and body wellness, and building physical strength and flexibility to tone the body for meditation. She successfully has been trained in a wide variety of styles of advanced yoga practices within multiple different lineages, as well as in therapeutic applications geared specifically to counter the negative effects of trauma.
