I want to create pathways for students to become more in tune with their bodies, thought-processes and their spirits. I like to connect playfulness, strength, and flexibility within the body while practicing peace of mind. My goal is to offer a variety of yoga classes with an emphasis on making them welcoming, comfortable and accessible for all students. I’m excited and ready to help students create more fluidity and strength in their bodies, but more importantly, to make a difference in their lives.
