Megan has a passion for encouraging women to embrace their natural, cyclical flow. You can find her teaching public class and workshops around feminine energy as well as some Vinyasa and Deep Stretch. She also works one-on-one with individuals to help them learn about and trust their bodies just as they are. She is also a Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, personal trainer, and corrective exercise specialist.
She is currently completing her 300 hour training at Wilmington Yoga Center. Her 200 hour YTT was completed at Be Yoga in Charlotte in July of 2013.
