Deborah Bolles is an RYT500 and Warriors at Ease Teacher who enjoys making yoga accessible to all bodies. She is wife and mom and a retired IT project management and process professional. As a Florida native, she has been active all her life enjoying swimming, cycling, running and time in the weight room.
Deb began her yoga journey in 2018 and has been actively teaching since 2021. Practicing yoga allows you to start from where you are now and work toward your fitness goals, no matter how humble they may be.
