As a trained scientist with a lifelong passion for health and fitness, I spent several decades developing and commercializing medical devices and diagnostic tests. While immersed in this intense career, I discovered yoga, breathing and mindfulness to regulate anxiety, balance an "always on" lifestyle and recover from corporate burnout. I'm passionate about teaching fitness-style and vinyasa classes that weave in fun themed asanas and music playlists, also incorporating stillness and anatomical awareness of each posture, helping students build strength, healing and self-appreciation.
