Toni started exploring yoga in 2008 as a way to transform her life. Forced to deal with her own unhappiness, body image issues, self esteem, eating disorders, and the aftermath of an emotionally abusive relationship, Yoga became an outlet for change, inner peace, happiness and transformation. She used Yoga to manage her anxiety and eating disorders and finally developed a connection with her body, mind and spirit. In 2011 she became a certified holistic life coach, and in 2016 completed her 200-hr RYT yoga instructor certification. As a teacher Toni wants to give others the awareness and understanding that Yoga can change you in ways you'd never image It can create a freedom from old thought patterns and begin to make connections with feelings within ourselves that no longer serve us. Yoga can free us from the old wounds and create new awareness, mindfulness and self-love that may have been blocked by our past. Through Yoga, Toni wants to help others stand in the present moment and find peace within their personal chaos. She wants others to feel freedom from body shame and create new acceptance within themselves. The Mindful Pro was founded by Toni, after a 25-year corporate career as an accomplished sales executive. After decades in the corporate sector, Toni felt disconnected and disengaged from her daily work. Burnout hit and her direction shifted towards merging her past corporate career experience with her ever-evolving passion and commitment to yoga, wellness, and holistic healing.
