Stephanie Chapman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She teaches a variety of yoga styles, such as Bikram, Power Vinyasa Flow, Peak Flow, Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Sculpt/Tone, Yin, Children's Yoga, and Aerial, as well as Pilates and barre workouts.
