Jenn completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. She is an avid student of embodied movement as a pathway to spirituality, having experienced the powerful ways that mind-body connection facilitates interior movements since the first yoga classes she took 16 years ago. In addition to yoga, she practices tai chi, qi gong, and Pilates as additional forms of breath & body connected movement. She is also a spiritual director, and studies these forms in seeking ways to integrate movement into embodied spiritual practice.
