Mark White is an internationally known yoga instructor and former owner / founder of MBody Yoga Studios and 200HR and 300 HR RYS Schools located in Jacksonville and Neptune Beach, Florida. Mark is also a seasoned Fortune 500 software technology and management consultant with over 25 years of experience. 

Mark studied determinately and with great focus under Baron Baptiste and has since dedicated his instruction over the last 15 years to teaching this style of practice as well as debunking the mystique often associated with yoga, thereby opening the practice to anyone looking for a challenge. A highly effective and motivating teacher and trainer, Mark has personally assisted Baron Baptiste, internationally renowned founder of the Baptiste Power Yoga method of Power Vinyasa Yoga and the Baptiste Institute for Yoga Instruction, on more than 25 teacher trainings, bootcamps and conferences worldwide.  During the course of owning MBody Yoga (August 2005 - June 2018), Mark has trained over 700 yoga teachers around the United States and Europe through his sought after 200 HR and 300 HR Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, MBody Yoga.
