Carrie Robinson, E-RYT500, YACEP, NBC-HWC, YPT, CNC is a yoga teacher; yoga personal trainer; Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach; Nutrition Coach and Allergist. From time to time Carrie works with a training team which train health & wellness coaches and yoga teachers. Prior to sitting for National Board of Medical Examiners, Carrie worked in corporate finance and accounting for many years, having previously obtained degrees in Finance & Accounting. Carrie helps clients with many facets of well-being from financial to stress management and emotional regulation to improving their overall health scores while working in tandem with health care providers. Outside of private practice, Carrie enjoys teaching a variety of yoga formats from Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra as well as other blended formats like YogaBarre and Yogalates.
