My yoga journey started in 2004 I was looking for a way to calm my mind and move my body. Over the next decade I would find myself coming back to it time and time again. In 2017 I took my first official yoga class in a fitness center; by fall of 2019 I knew I had to teach. My desire to bring this amazing part of my life to others became overwhelming. I received my 200-hour certificate in the fall of 2020.
