My two main passions as a yoga teacher are leading strong power vinyasa flows and quiet, introspective yin practices. I feel these two styles serve as a mirror to the yang and yin of my own spirit. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others explore their own mind/body connection on and off the mat through the practice of yoga. I completed my 200 RYT in 2020, and my 300 RYT in 2025 at Simply Power Yoga. I have continued my education by taking additional training hours in Yin Yoga, Functional Anatomy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, and Pranayama. I am also a Reiki Level II practitioner. I look forward to holding space for you!
