Tami began her personal yoga journey over a decade ago as a tool to navigate anxiety, and it continues to inspire how she holds space for others—calmly, intuitively, and with deep compassion. Since 2020 Tami has founded a successful wellness business, continues to facilitate transformative group workshops, and works one-on-one with individuals seeking grounding, connection, and healing.
