I practiced yoga from an early age under the guidance of my father Radames Silvestri, student of B.K.S. Iyengar and founder of the first yoga center in Venice, Italy. He transmitted to me the many secrets of this practice, the ability to live in the present, observing oneself and nature and learning from them.
I qualified as a Future Yoga Teacher in 1995 and then studied the practice of Ashtanga yoga and Acro Yoga. I continue to deepen my yoga practice and philosophy by following dedicated workshops with teachers of various tradition.

I have been teaching yoga since 1993 in Venice, abroad and online. I'm a herbalist and a naturopath.

I am a member of the Italian yoga teachers association Y.A.N.I
