I have received received a 250 hour certification in Adaptive Yoga from the Space Yoga Institute of Health and Wellness in Augusta GA as well as  200 and 300 hr. certifications from Holy Yoga. I'm excited to have recently completed a 300 hr. cerification in Kaiut Yoga. Currently, I'm in training with the Kashi Ashram in Atlanta GA, working towards a certification in the art of the Fire Puja. I'm certified to teach chair, yin, restorative, yoga for larger bodies (Curvy Yoga, Buddha Body), and ChairChi. I specifically enjoy working with the senior population.
