I’ve been teaching Intermediate, beginner and chair yoga at the YMCA for over a decade, and just finished up my 200 hr 9/2020. Over the years I’ve also taught private lessons and taught workshops for developmentally disabled college students and college instructors where I teach ways to utilize yoga to improve everyday life.
My goal isn’t to be featured on the cover of Yoga Journal, or to do the perfect arm balance; I want to help my students/clients take yoga off the mat and incorporate it into their everyday life. I believe yoga is useful for any- and everyone.
