Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years. At first, as an addition to other workouts, such as aerobics and weight training, then progressing to teaching yoga to others. Yoga gives me the opportunity to show others how a low impact wellness activity can give them high impact results like strength, balance, openness, flexibility, stillness, and staying present.
I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training with Nexus Yoga Institute in 2020. Since then, I teach, and continue to learn from other teachers, to develop new ways to creatively sequence and mindfully modify for those who participate in my classes.
I hold certifications in the following styles: Vinyasa, Yin, Kids, Pre/postnatal.
In my classes, I love to have fun, keep it real, and invite others to do the same. My hope is that participants leave feeling exhilarated, relaxed, refreshed, and peaceful.
