Lydia’s passion for yoga, functional movement, mindful living and connection to other humans is what motivates her to be a yoga teacher. Her classes and courses will encourage students to maintain the mind body connection through the breath and movement. Her techniques and content are supported by anatomically based movements that encourage stability, strength, balance, proprioception, finding fluidity and flexibility to the mind and body. Her classes range from Hot Vinyasa, Hot Yoga Sculpt, Slow Flow and many courses in Vinyasa Sequencing, anatomy, and functional movement. Keeping a practice safe and sustainable is found through dedication, will-power, humility, grace, love and true awareness of the body; Her time is spent in public classes in Boise, ID, virtual classes on PureserenityYoga, private clients, and Teacher Trainings. Although she plays the role of teacher she sees herself as a student always, taking time to continue her own education, knowledge and experience.
