Trish DeSchryver offers a cozy and relaxing space to practice and is passionate about supporting others in mind-body-heart connection through thoughtfully guided gentle yoga and mindfulness. She is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200hr), a mindfulness coach and a level 1+2 EFT (tapping) practitioner. She is committed to offering creative and meaningful experiences and is grateful to learn and grow from yoga. She is certified in trauma-informed yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness, hatha, yin and restorative yoga and holds continuing education certificates in multiple modalities. In addition, Trish is a registered Counselling Therapist with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (2811) with 15+ years experience supporting individuals and families.
