Lee Mendeloff is an RYT - 500 with 300 of these hours gained in Arogya Yoga. Her passion is mental health, and she finds incorporating yoga as a modality to gain greater mind/body connection allows for more holistic and authentic work.
Lee offers a range of bespoke classes for small groups looking to increase their yoga knowledge and experience beyond asana. She is also a breathwork coach and believes that practicing yoga is an act of radical self-love. She encourages the pushing of physical, energetic and emotional boundaries in a safe, supportive environment and is a big fan of continuous self-exploration and expression both on and off the mat.
