I live in a beautiful rainforest in Australia. When I'm not teaching, you will find me exploring the waterfalls and lakes that surround my home.
From an early age, I’ve always felt deeply connected to the rhythm of movement and the intricate language of the body. But when I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer, everything changed. I found myself facing not only the physical toll of illness but also the emotional burden of fear, pain, and overwhelming anxiety.
Through this challenging time, it was my yoga and meditation practice that became my lifeline. I rediscovered a deep well of strength within me, one that helped me not only navigate the side effects of my illness but also find peace during one of the most challenging times of my life.
Now, at the age of 52, I’m stronger and more resilient than ever before. Yoga and meditation have infused my life with happiness, optimism, and a deep appreciation for the abundance that surrounds me.
I’m passionate about sharing these benefits with others and helping my students tap into their own resilience and inner peace.
