I completed my 200hr teacher training in Los Angeles at Harmony Yoga, fulfilling my dream of becoming a yoga instructor. I teach a few styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Gentle, and Chair Yoga. My vinyasa flow classes have an emphasis on stretching and strengthening the whole body through one breath, one movement. My gentle yoga class focuses on brining gentle movements to the whole body to relieve both mental and physical tension. My chair yoga classes are fully seated and for those with limited mobility.
I am a certified chair yoga instructor through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center and have taken additional training focusing on trauma informed yoga. I am CPR & AED certified through Red Cross. I have taught over 500 yoga classes.
I have a passion for yoga, animals, and traveling. I have a strong interest in non-profit work and donation based charity yoga events. I am a Los Angeles native and recently relocated to the Inland Northwest. Meditation and yoga came into my life at a young age. I started my meditation practice around 8 years old. It has provided comfort to me through difficult times. After practicing yoga consistently for years, I decided to become an instructor. Yoga has changed my life and I hope to share my knowledge of the practice with others.
