Hello! Yoga has been a major part of my life for about 15 years. I was looking for more peace and quality in life, plus keep myself feeling healthier and flexible as I found myself aging. Yoga has taught me patience and acceptance, with myself and with others. Not only has it helped emotionally, it has helped physically also with balance, flexibility, and strength. I want to help others find the same in themselves through meditation, breathing, and asana.
