As an artist, art teacher and yogi, I crave weaving art, yoga and mindfulness into a unique practice.
I begin most of my classes with a general understanding of mindfulness (and state of flow) and offer a meditation. Incorporating the art of Zentangles into class adds a "non-yoga traditional" approach to mindfulness. Between the art segments is yoga movement - chair or on the floor - beginner or intermediate options available - children through adult - a very slow and intentional flow.
I offer private instruction - online or in-person and group workshops.
