Katharina Claeys is a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in mindful practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. With a strong foundation in pre- and postnatal yoga, she focuses on prevention, women’s health, and stress management, while also supporting individuals and organizations seeking holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Katharina combines traditional yoga techniques with modern therapeutic approaches, creating inclusive spaces for growth, healing, and connection. Breathing exercises (pranayama), myofascial release techniques (MFR), mindful movement, and meditation are key elements in her classes.
Throughout her career, she has practiced with and learned from highly experienced teachers from around the world, including Jason Crandell and Tiffany Cruikshank. Her work includes tailored programs for private clients, leadership teams, and companies.
In her 1:1 sessions, Katharina designs individualized therapeutic yoga practices for people of all ages and health conditions. She emphasizes optimizing physical and physiological function by integrating anatomy, physiology, mental health, and insights from modern science and research.
As a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, Katharina is committed to professionalism, authenticity, and empowering lasting, positive change. She is currently enrolled in the Yoga Medicine® 1000-hour teacher training program.
